This Robert Perry designed 30 foot sloop built by Mirage Yachts Quebec. Updated Harken self tailing winches and furling and reliable Yanmar 2GM. Below there is a forward cabin with a double berth, a main salon with port and starboard settees and a large separate aft cabin. Main cabin headroom is 6'3". There is an good sized enclosed aft head and shower area which has its own teak door just like the aft cabin to starboard. The galley is "L" shaped and has a table which stows against the bulkhead and folds down to the main salon for easy access. The mast height is 43' with lines leading aft to clutches. She comes with a newer Harker roller furling system. The hull is solid fiberglass and in great shape. Dancer is stored in Midland on her cradle.
